Story Behind The Song
I had a friend who put up walls and it was difficult to reach him.
I found my self projecting my own fears onto another friend.
They were both alone, I was alone, we joined together dropped our issues and went to a marvelous 4 day week-end at the River Farm during the music festival (outside Bellingham, WA near the road to Mt. Baker).
asked the questions, what is this wall?...releases us to delight in life..

Lyrics
Journey
What is this wall made up of?
What is this wall you're so proud of?
Are your hands tied my love?
Is the pain too great my Love?
I'll go with you
On your journey
Many companions by our side
To dede dede dede
Dede dede-delight in life
To Dede dede de de
Dede dede-light in life
I know it's hard to face ourselves sometimes
We project our fears
And hide them in the face of another
Are your hands tied my Love
Is the fear too great my Love?
Is there no other solution?
I'll go with you
On your Journey
Many companions by our side
oooh
lalalalalalalalalalala
I know you are perfect
Perfectly harmless
And in the face of abuse
Release has not far to go Real ease has not far to go
You don't have to learn what you already know
To De De dede
De de dede-light in life
I'll go with you
On your journey
Many companions by our side
oh la la lala la la la la lala la la la
